Mañana Pastoral is operated by Ian and Jane Campbell. Ian is an accomplished Rural Scientist, and has been at the forefront of innovative and organic agriculture since 1999, when he began Barambah Organics. Ian has consulted as an animal nutritionist in the UK, and in South America. He is one of Australia’s top dairy nutrition experts. Ian also has a Diploma in Human Nutrition, from Bath University in the UK. Whilst Ian oversaw Barambah Organics for 23 years, the company won many international and national awards for its produce.

Ian and Jane were constant advocates for the organic industry, and are now applying their learned and accumulated knowledge, to make Mañana Pastoral a leader in grass-fed animal and plant production.

Mañana approach to agriculture has always been holistic, as we are constantly improving the soil. This is to ensure that the mixed variety of plants in our paddocks, are the most vital and nutritious for our grass-fed animals. We also want to ensure that our olives are highly beneficial, containing an ideal polyphenol count. This in turn produces highly nutritious food, that is beneficial to the consumer.
