Grass-fed Lamb is a rich source of high-quality protein, and an outstanding source of many vitamins and minerals, including iron, zinc, and vitamin B12. Regular consumption of lamb may promote muscle growth, maintenance, and performance.
Our chosen variety of sheep is the Australian White. This breed is highly sought after, as they are regarded as the Wagyu of the sheep world. Our lamb has a low fat melting point, which creates a full flavour, that is tender.
Lamb is a relatively lean and nutrition-packed meat. A 85g cut of cooked lamb delivers about 25 grams of protein, plus good quantities of potassium and vitamin B-12. It’s also a good source of iron, magnesium, selenium, and omega-3 fatty acids, due to the animals being only grass-fed.
Grass-fed Lamb is mainly composed of protein, yet also contains varying amounts of fat. A 100-gram serving of roasted lamb typically provides 25% protein, and is high in the beneficial omega- 3 fatty acids.
